Initial 1-Hour Consultation

We are all about building a connection with our clients; getting to know you, how you met, how you got engaged, your family dynamic, what you’ve envisioned for your special day. This builds the base of our journey with you...we truly want to get to know you. One thing we find is that by the time it comes to  your wedding day, our clients feel like we’re part of their circle of friends and family.

Ceremony Creation / Editing

After the initial consultation we work to create a ceremony that speaks to you and your partner; inclusive of any special readings, rituals, and vows. We then provide you with a “draft” for your review and look for your honest and open feedback on anything you feel should be changed - remember this is a partnership, and we want your ceremony to be perfect!

The Big Day

We arrive at all of our ceremonies one hour prior to the start time; this provides us ample time to meet/coordinate with the other vendors that are taking part in your wedding day. This also allows us the opportunity to answer any questions that you, your soon-to-be spouse or wedding party may have prior to the start of the ceremony.

Your Marriage License

We always suggest that obtaining your marriage license be one of the final steps you take prior to your wedding day; once all other matters have been handled. Make an event of it as it is a big step in the process of becoming married. You must both be present when you obtain your marriage license so perhaps make it a date! Take some pictures of the occasion, and then perhaps a luncheon after where you can sit back, relax and know that the last piece of the puzzle is in place prior to your Big Day.
